Herewith I introduce you the ComBungalow as "open source project". I invite all knowledgeable people to make together with us the ComBungalow available to everbody. It is still growing, but it already offers everyone the opportunity to get to their own home easily and inexpensively through cooperation with others. I looked around and found existing open source housebuilding projects. But the more complicated and individual something becomes, the more we stand alone and rely on expensive specialist companies. With this new bungalow project, I want to keep everything as light and consistent as possible, so that everyone can do something with it. Above all, I want to promote the coexistence of human contacts, where like-minded people can find each other, help each other and build their bungalows together. The advantage of the ComBungalow is that everyone has their own freedom and yet can enjoy all the benefits of a community. Communities can combine several of these bungalows into residential complexes, making them even easier to build. I will soon introduce our natural settlement with ComBungalows. My vision is that together we will create a pdf book available free of charge with the most important information (architect / construction drawings, water / electricity installation, roof covering, statics, lists of all materials, etc.) in which all the know-how -how needed to build a BomBungalow. Our global community will create forums, video building guides and real cooperations. We must always keep in mind that everything is kept as free, inexpensive, simple and understandable as possible. All of this is freely available for everyone to use and share. The advantage for all is that all people in the world, with their locally available materials and with the help of the community, can (at least) build their own ComBungalow with the cheapest means. This can not only create favorable habitats but also worldwide friendships. Dear Professionals, Engineers, Architects and Craftsmen etc. we invite you to volunteer to contribute your skills and abilities. We also look forward to a lively participation of all people, no matter what skills you have. So that the Open Source ComBungalow will soon become reality for all of us.
